250 years on - the evolution of the factory in 2021

As the world’s first factory, celebrates his 250th birthday, fast forward 250 years on 50 miles away in the West Midlands a team of engineers based at the MTC are working with a range of industrial partners to re-define a modern, modular, mobile factory, ready to deploy anywhere in the world and constructed in a box. Funded by Innovate UK and ERA and led by the MTC’s engineering teams, this webinar will also detail the potential for the customisable factory in a box as well as showcase ways for new industrial partners to engage in a series of new, funded production led projects at the MTC’s new Digital Manufacturing Accelerator team in Liverpool.
