Dave is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, who has worked throughout the steel industry and its Blast Furnaces, Mills and Downstream processes for the last 33 years. He has held a variety of senior engineering and management positions within the industry.
In the last 6 years he led Transformation efforts in various roles including Maintenance, Operational Excellence and Cultural Change in UK and across Europe.
He leads the Sustainable Operational Excellence programme which, alongside our partner Unleash and Engage, won the MCA Awards and has also been shortlisted for the BQF awards.
