Kevin Craven became CEO of ADS in April 2021, having served as a member of the ADS Board for three years, including as ADS Vice-President, Defence. Born in Zimbabwe, Kevin was educated at St George's College, Salisbury. After completing National Service, he studied at the University of Witwatersrand for a BSc Electrical Engineering.
He has built up a range of business experience, including at CEO of Balfour Beatty Support Services from 2011 to 2014, CEO Serco UK & Europe from 2014 to 2020, and as Serco Group Strategic Partnership Director.
